My Hair

Yes---it's true...I got my hair 'did' by my good friend Valerie.  She has amazing

talent and I am truly grateful I am so lucky to have received the 'valerie treatment'. :)

New Year Resolutions

I usually have a long list of resolutions, but this year I decided to concentrate on a more realistic list.  3 resolutions and I share them proudly.. :)

1. Learn about something I know nothing about
2. Keep my heart open (because a heart is of no use if it's closed)
3. Swear less (let's face it...I can't stop completely)

I hope this year brings growth, love, and peace to all of my family and friends.  I love you all and God bless.

Grady's Birthday!

I can't believe my oldest son is 6 years old!  We threw a starwars birthday party and presents insisted of starwars Lego's and starwars dress ups!  Grady chose to have steak for dinner...lol.  I ended up making little fillet's with bacon wrapped around them.  YUM!  Grady chose a chocolate chocolate cake and vanilla bean icecream... This kid is particular! :)  I am so proud to be his mommy.  Grady is a wonderful boy with a sweet spirit, he's bright, athletic, fun, and a joy to be around.  I love you son!

By the way, not to take away from Grady, but does anyone else notice the bald spot on my head in the first picture?  what the heck? :)

UPDATE

Wanted to throw out an update on the Workmans!  We had a very enjoyable summer and are excited for Fall!  Grady is in Kindergarten now and doing quite well.  Taylor is enjoying a little more mommy time and so is mommy.  We are adapting to Sacramento and growing closer as a family. :)  Here are some pics of the last few months!

Love being a family!

There is nothing more important than being a family and us Workmans have it made!  We are so grateful for eachother and this amazing time here on earth we have together.  Can you imagine what heaven is going to be like?  Wow, I thought this was awesome!

New Years Eve Day at the Treehouse Museum

Talk about a fun day.  We spent New Years Eve Day at the Treehouse Museum w/ Aunt Jenny, cousin Addie, and Grandma Rees.  They did a countdown to 12 o'clock noon and the kids got their own party bags...so jealous.  Anyhow Happy New Years to All!  May 2010 bring you happiness!
